GLUTEN FREE VEGAN BANANA BREAD
yall ready?
2.5 cups of rolled oats
probably 3 bananas but use 2 if they’re really big
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon (i think i used more actually i love the freakin stuff)
you just put the oats in the blender and make em finer and then put the bananas and everything else in there so it’s all consistent and then you put it in the oven for 20-30 minutes while the oven is 350 degrees inside. check it with a toothpick all grandma style it won’t be gooey or anything if it’s good to eat.
you might have to put some kinda milk or water in there if it doesn’t seem right when it’s in the blender. i did that. i also squeezed some honey into the blender for like 5 seconds. if you want it sweeter you can always put honey on top and it would be good. you could use brown sugar or something else, but honestly honey is the queen bee of sweeteners. maybe put in some walnuts or ginger or a kale puree to add some extra somethin. this thing is so moist and decadent tasting you don’t even have to tell people it’s vegan and gluten-free and healthy if you think they wouldn’t like those things.

BAKED BREAKFAST BELL PEPPER
you cut a bell pepper in half and then you clean out all the seeds and stuff and then you crack an egg or two inside. I lined the inner walls of the bell pepper with garlic and salt and pepper annnd basil and then put those things on top too. you put the whole thing in the oven on a pan or whatever for like 30 minutes at 400 degrees. i say keep checking on that shit tho because who knows. like just look to see if the egg is white and then if it doesn’t jiggle all around in there when you try to move the bell pepper it’ll be good.
you could do a lot with this really like put sausage or cheese or vegetables in with the egg. maybe saute some onions and put em in. maybe put kale and a tomato slice on top. Use tofu insteada egg so it’s vegan. i don’t know get creative. there’s a lot of leeway here.

POMEGRANATE PANCAKE ESPECIAL
part I: Lemon Ginger
part II: Banana Nutbutter (almond, pea, sunflower seed, anything you like??)
[[[only posting a pic of one cuz they look the same on the outside ha ha]]]
i’m really into pancakes rn!!! but tbh i don’t really feel like telling ya’ll how to make pancakes cuz like……… and i think these titles are pretty self-explanitory.
shred however much ginger root you’d like, squeeze a lemon as much as you want, on the other one put some banana slices and if you’re into peanutbutter (which i AM) smear some on there. i put honey on top because it’s delicious and good for you (the bee visiting my porch agrees). with either of these things you can totally put more of the fun ingredients on top if ur not satisfied with the flavor of the pancake alone. wh000pwh0000000p!!!!
———oh and i think this should go without saying but all pancakes i make are gluten-free and i suggest you do the same———

CARROT CAKES PANCAKES
Pancake mix (gluten-free is probably what you should be eating. I use Bob’s Red Mill pancake mix, but here’s a recipe if you wanna make it on your own)
1 egg
However much milk they tell you to put I don’t remember
like 4 or 5 baby carrots ~~shredded
tablespoon or so of cinnamon
maybe some nutmeg??
teaspoon of vanilla extract if ur in2 it
I’ve been using 1/2 pancake mix and 1/2 oats lately because I’m really into oats lately but it’s not necessary
Rasins would have been good I wish I had had raisins at the time
top that shit with honey : )
***putting protein powder or like spinach or kale puree in your pancakes is a good idea because the flavor is minimal but the health benefits are maximal***
UPDATE: i found out that the process of making baby carrots babies is really creepy and chemicaly. so use normal carrots. read more here.

Avocado Banana Pudding Crepe!

Crepe:

  • Gluten-free pancake mix (I use Bob’s Red Mill pancake mix, but here’s a recipe if you wanna make it on your own)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of milk (if you use the store bought mix it’ll tell you to use 3/4 cup but that is for pancakes and if you want to make pancakes that’s fine, but I prefer crepes)

Pudding:

  • 1 bananana
  • 1/2 one avocado (i mean, depending on the size. I used a pretty big one)
  • 1/4 cup o almond milk or whatever milk you’re into
  • some cinnamon

(mix pudding stuff together in a blender)

it doesn’t taste like avocado and you get all the omega-3s n shit it’s fuckin great. put some walnuts on there to add some texture and some walnutrition. mmph

Healthy nachos??? No WAY!!!
Yes way. Here’s the deal:
Tortilla chips (most are gluten-free, but make sure because gluten is awful)
Black beans
Cheese
Avocado
Kale (I also used purple cabbage too because it was around)
Onion
Salt N Peppa
Salsa if you want
Ground turkey if you’re into eating meat
Lime juice would also be fun
Basically what I’m saying is that if you put kale in things it’s automatically nutritious because kale is so good for you. Just make sure you’re not like totally coating this shit in cheese and focusing more on the vegetable aspect because then you’ll be healthier.
